Whether it is a plated and served dinner, heavy hors d'oeuvres or a buffet-style dinner, That Brown Girl Spice will help you create a menu that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
BREAKFAST SERVICE
This menu is a great option to enjoy before an early tee-time. Breakfast includes a serve-yourself assortment of danishes, muffins, fresh fruit, bagels, toast, jams and jellies, cream cheese, two breakfast meats, pancakes, hash browns and eggs made-to-order. Orange juice and coffee are also provided.
CHEF'S TASTING MENU
This menu will showcase the wide array of techniques and flavors offered. Your menu will begin with an Amuse Bouche, followed by a salad, appetizer, fish, meat and dessert. The portion size will be smaller to allow guests the comfort of enjoying all of the courses. Special requests and dietary restrictions will be taken into account when designing the menu.
SPECIALTY MENUS
That Brown Girl Spice offers several specialty menus in addition to our plated and buffet menus. We have thoughtfully designed these menus to make deciding on a menu for you and your guests as easy as possible. Looking for local Try our southern comfort soul food. Perhaps your group really enjoys a great steak at the end of the day, try our prime rib dinner. Your chef will carve a perfectly cooked prime rib of beef, marinated in rosemary, thyme, garlic and black pepper corns for you and your guests to enjoy. That Brown Girl Spice is known for her BBQ and Sauces, we have a menu devoted to honoring this tradition, complete with our house made her homemade slow cooked BBQ sauce. That Brown Girl Spice also offers international cuisine as well. You will find and Italian themed meal as well as a Mexican themed meal for your consideration. The culinary team at That Brown Girl Spice is always happy to honor any special requests our valued guests present. PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES
The team at That Brown Girl Spice has years of experience creating a unique dining experience for you, your friends and family. Our specialty is in-home catering, in which we strive to provide you and your guests with wonderful food, customized menus and a high-level of service. Whether you are looking for a chef prepared and served dinner or our meal delivery service, That Brown Girl Spice will take the time to consult with you and organize a menu that meets the needs of you and your guests. We have compiled a variety of menus to serve as a starting point for the creation of your personalized menu. Custom menus and special requests are always honored, if possible. RENTAL ITEMS
That Brown Girl Spice will coordinate rental items for your event, however there is a surcharge for this service. Typical rental items include everything from plates, glassware, silverware, tables, chairs, linens, tents, lighting and portable heaters. Rental requirements will be determined after your menu is decided and the location confirmed. We do not recommend that you coordinate the rentals yourself, as critical items can be missed or overlooked. This service takes the pressure off of you so that you can enjoy the menu produced by our personal chefs.
PRICING & SERVICES
Just as every person is unique, so are the events and special occasions that we celebrate. Pricing for our personal chef services are based on menu selections, the number of guests, the venue, length of the event, rental items and staffing. We invite you to set up an appointment with us to discuss your menu, pricing and wishes for an upcoming event.
The following items will be taken into consideration when providing you with a quote.
• Charge per person for all food.
• Additional labor, including servers, bartenders and chefs.
• Bar services.
• Any rental items needed.
• Any additional subcontracted services you would like us to coordinate, such as music, entertainment, valet services or flower arrangements.
